By the grace of God who owns The Deborah Initiative (TDI) – best practive governance and management systems are being put in place to ensure the initiative is preserved and keeps growing. Most importantly, so that the trustees can stand before God and man as faithful stewards. Mat 25:14-29

Luke 16:10- If you cant be trusted with little who will commit to you with much.

Thus TDI leaders are like Deborah who by God’s have enjoy attestation of great trust and integrity at home, market place and in the chucrh

Accountability & Transperency

Apostle Paul in 1 Cor says- I will gladly spend and be spent. TDI leaders have not just talked the talk, but walked the talk

They commit huge personal resources of money and time and talents to this initiative and fully subscribe to transparent record keeping and accounting practices

Competency

For we do not have an high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknessed. Heb 4:15. By God’s – those steering the affairs of TDI women of great compassion and competency.

They have been tested and proven both in the ministry and in top notch market places

Meet The Deborah Initiative Leadership

Mrs Fola Oloyede

Mrs Fola Oloyede is a minister in one of the Parishes of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, a world- wide international ministry.

She strongly believes that a Christian’s lifestyle should revolve around actively helping the poor and needy within our community and the world at large.

Mrs Abimbola Amos

Mrs Adenike Amos is a lover of children, teacher and a minister in one of the parishes of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG(WORLDWIDE).

For effectiveness in children Ministry, she obtained a certificate in children Evangelism from The Children Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) and attended courses organised by Children Evangelism Ministry (CEM).

Mrs Funlola Adedayo

Mrs Funlola Adedayo is a lawyer by profession, having graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ife, Ile-Ife with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

She began her career with Stanbic Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited (now known as StanbicIBTC Bank) and thereafter worked at Citibank London, Citizens Advice Bureau and the
London Borough of Enfield.
